Early Learning Centre and Mothercare will gladly refund, exchange or provide a credit note for any fully-priced item that is returned in as-new condition and with a receipt within fourteen days of purchase.
Credits and exchanges cannot be offered on stock that was originally sold at a reduced price.
If goods are faulty, we will gladly meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act to provide a remedy.
