All About Delivery

Our standard delivery charge is $15 per order anywhere in Australia, some larger items (primarily cots, large doll houses or outdoor furniture) have a charge of between $25 or $75.
Additional charges on top of our standard charge is shown in the details page for each product.
Now
and again large deliveries to remote locations may require a higher
delivery fee - one of our Direct Sales staff will give you a call.
Deliveries are via Australia Post eparcel delivery.
Orders should be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney within 1-2
working days of ordering. We can't dispatch Saturday, Sunday or public
holidays.
Allow 5 to 7 working days (it is a big country), however east coast
metro deliveries will usually be faster than this.
Unfortunately
we
can't give you a guaranteed date & delivery time. If there is no
one home when Australia Post deliver and it is a large item they will
usually leave a card in your mailbox with information about collection.
Australia Post Eparcel does have tracking on the items if something has not
arrived within this time our Direct Sales staff will find where it has
gone.
